Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resouces, Psychology , Business or related fields
At least 6-8  years of working experience in general human resources functions covering the areas of recruitment, compensation, benefits (statutory and company-initiated), labor relations, company events, employee discipline and sanctions, training, performance appraisal, preferably in the professional services industry
With excellent people management skills; can relate well with different levels of management
Above average written and verbal English communication skills
With strong leadership skills, independent, organized, dependable
